What's new in version 1.9.4 (iOS) / 1.3.6 (Android)
You can now add marks to exercises in workouts. These are pictograms (increase weight / decrease weight / pay attention to technique) you can add to exercises in a workout that will appear the next time you work out using the same workout routine. The idea is that this is a super-short note and instruction for the next workout - on the left are the marks made during the previous training session, and on the right are the current marks.

You can now use a calculator for the Stepmill exercise to get the distance and elevation based on the number of floors climbed and equipment parameters (in case you prefer to record not Floors but Distance in this exercise).
What's new in version 1.9.2 (iOS) / 1.3.2 (Android)
The metronome now also indicates the change in direction of movement. It beeps at a lower pitch during the eccentric and bottom isometric phases - and at a higher pitch during the other phases.

The "Weight lifted" widget has been renamed "Workload" and shows the weight lifted, number of working sets, and time under tension if you track it.

You can now turn on the "Use floors as parameter" setting for the Stepmill exercise and record floors instead of distance.
What's new in version 1.9.0 (iOS) / 1.3.0 (Android)
You can now use a metronome (beeps and shows movement phases according to tempo) and track time under tension (TUT). The metronome is needed to perform exercises at a target tempo. To use it, open it (the Open Metronome workout menu item), set the needed tempo, and start it.

Also, you can now set the warning for the rest timer - the idea is to notify that the rest will be over soon and give time to prepare for the next set (grab the barbell) to start performing it immediately after the rest is over.

For exercises where time is a parameter (e.g., plank, treadmill, etc.), you can now start and finish sets - the duration will be recorded automatically.
If you have the "Track TUT" option enabled in the app settings, you can not only mark sets as completed but also start them and record the TUT for each set.

The main usage scenario is assumed to be automatic. The metronome will open automatically when the set starts if the tempo is specified. If the repetitions parameter for the set is known, then after you reach this target number of repetitions, the set will be automatically finished. If the rest time between sets is specified, then the rest timer will automatically start, and when this rest is over, the next set will start automatically (the metronome will open) - and so on.

Also, two new settings appeared: Countdown and Delay.

If you start a set using the button (manually or by skipping the rest timer), a countdown will launch to give you time to prepare for the exercise (take dumbbells, take the starting position, etc.), and start the set after the signal. If a set launches automatically after the rest timer ends, there will be no countdown since you are assumed to start the set immediately after the timer beeps.

If you finish a set manually, some time will pass after you stop doing the exercise and before you press the Done button. That is the delay - and it is taken into account when calculating the time under load - that is, when calculating and recording this value for each set (you can also record this value manually).

You can set general default values for these Countdown and Delay settings - for example, 5 seconds. Also, for each individual exercise in a workout or routine, you can specify more precise values specific to this exercise and the conditions in the gym.

There is no particular benefit from tracking TUT yet - but in the next release, there will be a widget for monitoring the total time under tension with a breakdown by muscle groups where this data will be used (as well as a similar widget for the total number of working sets).

Tip: if you are using an Apple Watch and find that sound (and tactile feedback) is not loud (strong) enough - please try to increase the volume in Apple Watch settings.
What's new in v.1.8.1
The main change in this version is the introduction of user accounts. Once you register, the application will also store your data in a database on our server. All your existing data will be transferred to your account.

The main benefits of this are:

If you lose your device, your data won't be lost. Plus, you will have access to your data from different devices.

We will be able to fix issues much faster and no longer have to ask you to send us a copy of your data to reproduce the problem you are experiencing.

This also will help us understand which new features from the long list of ideas should be implemented first.

The web version. It is under development and will require data from the database to work.
What's new in v.1.7.8
You can now generate and download PDF templates based on your routines, fill them out at the gym, and then scan the data.
What's new in v.1.7.5
You can now:
1. Pause workout and resume it later.
2. Build programs with phases.
3. Add warm-up, cool-down, and circuit training modules to routines and workouts.
4. Set up and run circuit training (EMOM, Tabata, etc).
5. New exercises have been added to the library.
