To add a set to an exercise, tap the Add Set button. To remove the set, use a standard swipe gesture.
You can enter weight, reps, and other values in a table.
Also, you can use a full view of the set. Here you can mark the set as a warm-up or drop-set, indicate an RPE/RIR value, some additional parameters if applicable, and add a note.
In a real-time workout, so as not to enter manually numbers that are repeated from set to set, the autocomplete feature is used. So if you see gray numbers in the text boxes, you can just tap the Mark Complete button to confirm these numbers.
RPE is a default exertion scale, which is applicable for all exercises. For the weightlifting exercises, you can use an RIR (reps-in-reserve) scale. To replace the RPE with the RIR, open the Settings screen (a gear icon on a Home Screen) and set this value to the Exertion Scale setting.
